About The Wild Now
Hello There. The Wild Now moved in early 2025 to a new online home:
🌿 WildNow.Life
Curious what it’s about?
The Wild Now is an invitation—into presence, possibility, and the ever-unfolding nature of life.
It’s about reimagining life, moment by moment. About embracing the paradox that grief and joy, loss and renewal, often walk hand in hand.
Every day, I return to a single question:
What if you opened yourself to the possibility of joy in the midst of loss—by living mindfully, leaning into ordinary moments & finding renewal in the natural world?
You don’t need to live in the redwoods or by the sea for this question to matter to you. The natural world is everywhere—woven into the rhythm of your breath, the pause between words, the way sunlight catches on the rim of your coffee cup.
And don’t forget: You are the natural world. Part skin, part spirit. A completely necessary way that life is expressing itself right now.
Here, in The Wild Now, you’ll find reflections, stories, and quiet provocations for rediscovering life in the midst loss, longing, or feeling lost. Not in some grand, dramatic reinvention, but in the small, luminous moments that make up a life—the ones that so often go unnoticed.
It’s a space for those who want to walk through the world with more curiosity, wonder, and lightheartedness … and yes, inner joy. Even when, especially when, life feels heavy.
If this resonates, I’d love for you to join me.
